Most supplements can be take with food.

B12 is an exception. It requires an empty
GI tract for absorption.

Oils should be taken with food. Magnesium will be less
Laxative with food.

You can always look up things when in doubt.
The internet is handy for that.

Printed labels on containers from manufacturers
Can have erroneous directions.. So be aware of that.
