Default Pernicious Anemia and Tingling

I'm new to this site and just joined today. I was diagnosed with Pernicious Anemia four years ago and have been handling it with sublingual B12. Started out with 1,000mcg every other day for about a year, then 1,000mcg every day and then last year I increased to 2,500mcg a day. I seem to be getting worse not better.

My serum B12 is 1,350 and MMA and homocysteine are in normal ranges now and yet my symptoms are progressively worse. Mostly numbness and tingling in hands and feet and bone weary fatigue; nausea and headaches. I am unable to work because I am just so tired and when I begin to feel better I try to do some light exercises and that just finishes me off.

I started taking B12 shots this week because I figured I just wasn't getting enough somehow.

Anyone know if I can still have good numbers on paper but still need B12?

Thanks for your help!
