I urge you to obtain your DHA and EPA from whole plant sources such as ground flaxseed , chia seeds, and walnuts. This way you get benefit of all the other nutrients in those foods.
Many of us also take multi-vitamins and vitamin B-12 as methylcobalamin, something like 1000 mcg per day.
