Paula Deans recipe: 1 cup peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla

bake 350 for approx. 20 mins

My moms' recipe:
2 cups peanut butter, crunchy
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla

bake 350 for approx. 20 mins
