1) We are (as a species) pretty blamed stupid in so many areas that it is hard to believe that we are (at least for now) the "King of the Hill". The question of fat intake is a great example. Seems an excellent vasodilator within the brain and surprisingly safe. It is called vinpocetine and costs less than ten bucks for a month's supply.

Currently (2011) taking 200/50 Sinemet CR 8 times a day + 10/100 Sinemet 3 times a day. Functional 90% of waking day but fragile. Failure at exercise but still trying. Constantly experimenting.
