Uglogirl, do you take a hot or warm epsom bath? I use to LOVE taking hot baths with epsom. I would even settle for luke warm, but even showers have to be fast for me as hot/warm water cause my feet to start burning. Epsom really does feel great but taking a cool bath is not exciting to me when I sit around with cold air blowing on my feet all the time. When I do give in to my love of hot baths, I sit with my feet hung on edge with a battery fan blowing on my feet while everything else sumberges into hot oblivion. But its weird, hot on one end cold on the other.

I am just wondering if the hot/warm water does not bother you???

Also, my best relief for burning is biofreeze then stick my feet in front of a fan. I even have a portable one that fits in my purse. Also, dealing with inflamation seems to help, currently zyflamend and curcumin are definately helping. Well, actually, I just started the curcumin, but the zyflamend is definately helping the burn to be less severe.
