i know exactly your mindset as an RN professional.
when my folks were in the hosp i dealt with a lot of you know what.
i'm glad charlie is home and on the upswing.
i'm so jealous of your hard work on weight loss. what a great job!
i'm an emotional eater. just be gentle with yourself when you slip.
