For some reason my internist was interested in Magnesium.
She asked me what brand I was taking and included a test for Magnesium on the blood request for the lab.

I try to take 1000 mg vit C a day --- but I take 500 in the a.m. and 500 in the p.m. Some people can take more than that.

I take fish oil also.
I take a partial dose of my multi vitamin when I remember to take it.
