I've tried it, too, and it helps but I can't spread it on all the places that hurt. When I use it on my neck and traps I can't rub it in myself because I'm supposed to rub for 2 minutes. Just that spikes my pain, so I have my partner do it. Unfortunately, I still have to take my normal oral meds so I just end up taking more, which defeats the whole purpose. I suppose it's a break for the liver, though.
