Just know you are not alone by any means. What you describe is very similar to my own story. Try and document all you can. File EEOC within limits. PCS should qualify for ADA and if nothing else it puts your ER on notice that you're fed up with their BS. My ER actions have had a negative impact on my recovery due to many of the things you expressed happening to you by your co-workers\bosses. Because of the lack of medical understanding of mtbi - IC and ER can easily get away with a lot more than they should and they take full adv of it. I found that neurologist are of no help with mtbi and many medical providers have a totally unrealistic understanding of what ER's require for job performance and what corporate america is doing to injured\sick workers in the workplace.
