Welcome to NeuroTalk. It sounds like your brain has become sensitized to motion. This is very common. I doubt a doctor will have anything of value to offer to you. I suggest you rest your brain and body. Any quick neck and head movements should be avoided.

The reading is over-stimulating your brain. It should be limited until you are feeling better. Nobody can predict a time frame for your recovery so try to relax and get the quiet rest your brain needs. You also may benefit from icing your upper neck, especially if you are having any head aches. Read the vitamins sticky at the top. With 2 concussions, your brain will benefit from good brain nutrition.
