I sometimes have a kind of tight drawing feeling in my face and in my neck, but it is usually when I am otherwise weak and I think these muscles are just trying to compensate for the ones not working at the time.

When my legs are weak, like when they gave me IV Benadryl, I could not lift them off the bed, but they were not tight at all. Just extremely heavy.
