Default Long duration polyphasic mups

Hi i am 28 yo male with sensory loss on half of both big toes. i also have twitching feet muscles. I had an emg last year, that showed "Long duration polyphasic motor unit potentials" on both same feet muscles(abductor hallucis and abq muscles) And the "Pattern"s was "REDUCED" for these muscles. It is also noted that "these findings are wkthin the normal lomjts but must be evaluated with clinic" smthing lkke that. And the doctor looked my hbac(5.9) and my fasting (90) and said that its ok and not related sith diabetes which i suspect. But i know my post meals are high and i have pre diabetes becase i checjed them many times myself at home. I also have orthostatic hypotension. I already searched enough but also wanted to ask here. What can you say about my emg result what can long duration polyphasic motor unit potentials mean other than neuropathy? thanks
