Thanks Kev. It is always a worry with this beast, isn't it? It seems like there is just no telling what will cause a spread or permanent worsening. So far, after starting off in my hand and wrist, it has worked its way up my arm a to my shoulder and beyond. I have burning on the right side of my neck and my ear lately.

And the rotten thing is, I know I've been lucky so far. I know there are people like you who are going through so much worse.

I have to say, I did think of you when I bashed my finger. To clarify what happened, I hit the tip of my finger on the point of a nail which was poking out. It didn't puncture the skin or even leave a mark but you wouldn't have known that from the way it felt...still feels.
