Default Damage to inferior alvelolar Nerve

Hi Everyone, It has been stated my dental consultant that I have damage to the Inferior alvelolar nerve sustained during the extraction of an impacted wisdom tooth many years ago. It settled then with homeopathic remedies but started again because of a denture being heightened. I am to have an MRI to confirm just what going on. Can this nerve be treated successfully ? I am finding it very difficult to eat the way things are as I can not wear my denture.

Regards

Nick
