Epsom really does feel great but taking a cool bath is not exciting to me when I sit around with cold air blowing on my feet all the time. When I do give in to my love of hot baths, I sit with my feet hung on edge with a battery fan blowing on my feet while everything else sumberges into hot oblivion. But its weird, hot on one end cold on the other.
I am just wondering if the hot/warm water does not bother you???
Also, my best relief for burning is biofreeze then stick my feet in front of a fan. I even have a portable one that fits in my purse. Also, dealing with inflamation seems to help, currently zyflamend and curcumin are definately helping. Well, actually, I just started the curcumin, but the zyflamend is definately helping the burn to be less severe.

Hi Stacy, Yes I take Epsom Salt baths every day to other day the past two weeks.
I have had it bad with the tingling, burning, hurting, shooting shocks, numbness, feeling of have a glove or sock on my feet, the whole nine yards of symptoms
Now I am taking Garbapentin third week and it has calmed it 80% to where I can function and not think about it constantly or be reminded with one symptom or another every second.
Getting a reprieve from it is wonderful feel like my self.
Like now feel some discomfort in my right foot and a little burning on the toes on the left foot.
Today it has acted up the most since last week. A couple days had very little in the way of symptoms.
I hope it keeps up this way until I GET TO A SPECIALIST AT LEAST.
