the medicine is called Meclizine and it is found in several motion sickness medicines. I agree also with the Vestibular Therapy, that is a long term solution.

I personally did not make it through the whole program my symptoms were too bad and that prompted them to send me to an ear/balance specialist who found I have damage in my inner ear causing the continued problem. But the therapy got my balance under better control and helped me to be able to move around more before I get sick.
