Yes I do know. There's been so much outcry at the ability they would have to sell our info to insurance companies, med suppliers etc that it has now been shelved for 6 months. 38 degrees are doing a major campaign against it, you can lend your voice to them to help fight it, and also opt out via their site.

Hopefully the protection side of things will be tightened up before it comes anywhere near law...
