Be careful about how your governments regulate this issue.

We were doing fairly fine up here in Canada with provisions for medical use, that allowed people to grow it at home, or have someone grow it for them. Then the Federal Gov't got more involved and now a lot of people will be criminals under the new law, or will have to go without and suffer because they can not afford the Federally regulated prices.
