Rosebud, I had seen the same book in a library catalogue. He has the same name as me, and appears to live in the same city, but is nothing to do with me. I was surprised when I came across a lot of people that share my name, even near to where I live, but who are not even related.
The same is probably true for most people if they checked the Internet and directories of different sorts. It would be strange if there was somebody else with the same name, same age and location, but for many people there probably is.
