I have nobody to ask.
Thanks in advance for your help

Hi Heatherg23,

I'm sorry you are having these muscle cramps! I was wondering if you are experiencing these all over or if they are confined to say the legs? I do get muscle tremors/spasms but they happen randomly throughout the day, all throughout my limbs and torso. I was placed on Baclofen which has helped quite a bit.

Low potassium can cause cramps in muscles so that might be something to consider. Also, if I remember correctly you mentioned your pain keeps you in bed much of the day - this might also cause worsening muscle cramps and if you aren't already doing isometric muscle exercises that might also be something worth trying to see if it helps if you can tolerate doing them.

I do hope you find relief soon so that you can rest.
