Hi yes I also get the cramps (like charlie horse's) & I get spasms too. cramps I get at night in my leg, the spasms I get anytime. Heather my cramps came at night after I'm in bed for a few hrs. I rub my leg till they are gone. Then I can fell back asleep again. Hope you find something that will work for you so you can get some
