Thanks for your input. Yes, been diagnosed with carpal tunnel in both arms.
Have had whiplash injuries 4-5 times, a couple severe.

Forgot to mention in the original post left ear pain comes and goes (severe);
sometimes don't even know till pick up phone or touch and 'owwwww'.

I am not familiar with either TOS or VAS, will check them out.
