Hi all

I don't even really know how to explain this. My right arm is for all intents and purposes relaxed. Lying on the table, relaxed. But the muscles are twitching, tense, the fingers are doing these little dances like nobody's business.

What is it???

Would appreciate any help at all because I can't even google cos I don't know what to google.
