Yep, me too, and especially at night.

My lower legs, feels sometimes like my achilles tendon will break, horrible cramps in calves, toes and sometimes my hamstrings. The epsom salts are good but at night not so feasible.
So, I use Cal-mag, (calcium/magnesium) powder in hot tea... 1 tsp per cup. Calcium can be a bit constipating, so if that happens I use CALM which is Magnesium Carbonate. They both work well.
