My severe cramps (and they are so painful I will start crying!) are always during the night. I also have spasms all day long anywhere on my body-from eyelids too lower legs.

One question I have is if anyone had these before developing CRPS. I have had charlie horse cramping in my calves and feet for quite a few years before CRPS.
