Hi!
Epson salts relax your whole self helps with stress. I have the scented Epson salts, the whirlpool and it seems to help quite a bit.

If I am having a bad episode it helps while I am getting my Epson/Whirlpool treatment when I stop the treatment back to miserable again then I go for motrin and a Xanax. In addition take GABA and vitamins the ones recommended on this site.

I have had PN going on a month now to where it's is debilitating.
