This and the severe nausea is what sent him into the irregular heart rhythm a couple of weeks ago. So he started taking the Pepto Bismol very early and has taken it religiously all day. He ate a little bit of chicken noodle soup and some vanilla wafers this evening and has done fine. So knowing his I would assume he will eat his usual 8 oz sirloin tomorrow evening. I went to the grocery store. I always enjoy just going by myself and window shopping around Walmart and Sams all my little lonesome self.

Although I don't have the back spasms I had last week it still hurts quite a big. I don't know whether to go tot he Y tomorrow or not. I think I will start out riding the bike at home. I haven't done anything for over a week
