Hi Geno, welcome.
I'm not familiar with rehydration; I have arthritis too severe to be operable, but from reading your other post, you may be a candidate for disc replacement (with an artificial disc). Of course I'm not a doctor and can't say for sure, but it's something you might look into & ask a surgeon about.
