I took my first hydroxy B12 (Perque 2000mcg) last night, and before it had even fully dissolved under my tongue I was having to take frequent deep breaths. This morning I keep having to yawn to feel like my lungs are filling up properly.

So unfortunately, I guess this problem wasn't limited to the methyl B12.
