Default What causes continual root canal problems?

I am new to this forum hoping someone can offer me hope. I have root canals on almost all my teeth. Often these canals need to be redone, and then surgery to amputate the root. I basically live in chronic pain and and then pull the tooth (which gives me immediate relief). I've been referred to a pain clinic because dentists can't see problems in xrays at first . That costs $500 just for the FIRST appt. (which is frustrating, because when the tooth gets pulled there is extreme inflammation/cracks).

I've tried mouth guards even though I don't clench and they don't work. I've lost 5 teeth already because I couldn't stand the pain. Each time they are pulled they find the deep irritation. I don't have insurance and spent more money on dental help than groceries. What's the most frustrating is that it's getting to the point that dentists don't take me seriously about the sever pain I feel. They just keep sending me to expensive specialists. WHY do I get inflammation and pain in my roots? No dentist seems to be interested in answering this question?
