Wow! Lunch and yoga for PD! I am envious of you folks up north. About yoga, Iyengar yoga is great for me. It is not so stressful as the more aerobic, less meditative styles and the prop system supports you while you get such deep stretching. I can't believe how it has improved my balance, tendency towards stiffness and foot cramps. I shake rather annoyingly at times in class but my tremor is calmed the rest of the day. Kim
