Welcome to NT! 
I'm so sorry you are faced with PN. Very frustrating and boy do I know what you mean about 'finally' getting a diagnosis. It can seem as though you have to go through the whole 'process of elimination' before getting to this point.
You are certainly at the right place for support and great information about PN. You've already found your way to the PN forum. I recall how it was when I first came to NT, scared, not knowing anything about this condition....I was amazed at how many others were in the same boat. I was surrounded with support and understanding. And once I read through the 'stickie' section and learned more about what I was facing, I didn't feel completely like a 'victim' anymore. There ARE ways to combat PN, such as MrsD's thread on B12 up in the information section, and so much more.
You probably already have a list of Q's to ask your Dr by now! 
Let us know how your Dr visit goes (at the PN section). I'll be looking for you over there!
