Anyone else taking Inositol?

mrsD, I know you have spoken with me a long time ago about it, but I'm just
wondering about the dosage of the powder. It's Jarrow Formulas Inositol Powder.

600mg per 1/4 teaspoon.
Dosage suggested at 1/4 teaspoon.

Now I know people who take it by the teaspoonful with great benefit for their anxiety, but I'm a little cautious.
