Smile That's Great

I have had 10 sessions with an Osteopath (he has the 6 years of education from France) however initially I felt really awful, migraines, sleeping a lot etc. The first 4 weeks were really awful.

I am having sacrial cranial therapy and moving the bones in my head may differ from what you are addressing.

I do feel better physically but I am not sure I have improved my pcs symptoms.

I am quite impressed with their knowledge and skill. I think it is really a worth while experience.

Again every head injury is different and I am very happy this worked for you.
