Everything you are experiencing is real. They are all real Post Concussion Symptoms. The imaging and test you had rarely show anything worthwhile. Concussions are very subtle injuries that rarely show up in tests. The symptoms are real and the way a concussion is diagnosed.
As mentioned in Sarah's thread, your upper neck is likely injured. It can make concussion symptoms much worse.
