Hi Tara,
If you go to the
Traumatic Brain Injury and Post Concussion Syndrome Forum you will see the
New Thread button towards the top left of the page as mrsD has mentioned.
When you click on New Thread, you will get a page that includes
Title and New Message.
You could perhaps just use the same Title that you used on your post here "mom of newly diagnosed PCS teen" if you want to do that.
Type your post and then hit
Submit New Thread.
Post again here if you're still having difficulty. Someone will help you.
