I had some of this when I was taking amitriptyline (Elavil). Could it be caused by some drug you are taking? If not, I would do what I could to improve circulation in general, such as exercise and eat a fairly low-fat diet of whole plant foods. I especially avoid saturated fat and cholesterol (except I have a weakness for shrimp, high in cholesterol).
