Just so you know there are reports of trigger points in muscles referring pain to teeth. Dentists may be persuaded to pull these teeth when there is no problem with them. I have no idea if this is your problem, but I am aware of it.

You should search for trigger point referral to teeth and look at some pictures. I think you would then try to press on some of these muscles and see if it refers the pain. You would then have to find a very skilled physical therapist who does dry needling who can work on those muscles. You may also have to buy some books on the subject.

No idea if this is it, but you should know.
