You're probably sick of seeing doctors but if you keep falling like that, and with your medical history, a check-up would be a great idea!
Some people can have TIAs (transient ischaemic attacks) which can be more vague and short lived and by the time they are seen by their doctor they may pass a medical exam just fine. If the doc thinks there is a risk that it may have been a TIA then the doc would order diagnostic tests.
Seeing you have such serious spinal issues and you are suddenly falling as you've described and don't have any other signs or symptoms, then I'd be talking to the neurosurgeons or orthopods who have treated you over the years.
