Update one week later:

I can tell my neck adjustment is out again, it felt AWESOME for five days . . . have some symptoms back. . . but just want to say I feel more like myself than I have since the fall, I have more energy, and am singing all the time again . . . I felt numb and feelingless for so long after the fall . . . symptoms really, really reduced. Can't wait to see her again. She is also a RMT, and she uses the "Hands on" therapy that is based on a highly developed sense of touch . . . she was actually doing something, not just holding her hands over me . . .
