I get eyelid twitchings if I'm tired, but I agree with those who said you should see your doctor if the twitching continues for no known reason.
Eyelid muscles are one thing, and eye muscles are another though. If you have actual eye twitching, that's a different problem and probably more cause for concern. Eye muscle problems can definitely be related to MS.
