Hi Kathie,

Quote:
I looked this up and it means lesions, one of the causes listed is MS. Does this mean I have MS and not MG? Did anyone else MRI show this?
MS is a disease of the Central Nervous System(CNS) which includes the brain, spinal cord and optic nerves. Lesions can show up anywhere within the CNS.

A lesion is an abnormality, something that should not be there. There can be different medical conditions which can cause lesions.

I am really not familiar with MG but I do believe you can have both MG and MS.

Best wishes with your appointment at John Hopkins.
