Thanks for your replies. I am able to "forget" them at times, and then they rudely interject in something I am doing by making my eye do ridiculous things!

My eyes themselves aren't twitching, though it does feel as though there is pressure behind them, which it feels makes them almost splay outwards if that makes sense, but with the twitches, it is the upper eyelid. My vertigo has increased tenfold though, and I tend to associate that nearly always with the pressure feelings behind my eyes.

I had a few more blood tests done yesterday so hopefully they will give a little indication as to what is going on. And hopefully hear back from the specialist with an appointment time soon too.

Maddening. Tis though my entire body is short circuiting right now.
