You might check to see if massaging the Sternocleidomastoid (SCM) muscle helps. Trigger points in the SCM muscle can cause dizziness (clavicular division) and twitching of the eye lid (sternal division). Trigger points as well as tightness of the SCM can also cause pain in the eye, headaches and facial/neck pain.

In my experience with it, the twitching of the eye lid stops almost immediately once you take hold of the SCM if it is caused by trigger points in the muscle.
