Hi mrsmith (no relation

),
Have you seen a doctor about this? I can think of at least a couple of things it could be. Exacerbation due to puberty (hormonal changes) is possible, but not one of the first things that would come to mind.
Spend a lot of time with screens/tubes? (television, computer, etc.)
If so, this would be my first guess.
Computer Headache
Another likely candidate might be
chronic daily headache.

Very likely. If you haven't already, an eye exam & discussion with eye doctor would be a good idea. My eyes were better than average most of my life; I know how difficult it can be to admit/accept/adapt to needing glasses, but there are options, depending on your needs. Computer glasses are almost standard now, and many employers will pick up the cost. Contacts come in hard, soft, and disposable varieties.
Are you epileptic, or is there epilepsy in your family? If so, a couple other possibilities come to mind.
Ictal headache
Another possibility (but far less likely) is
bilateral cluster headache.
If things got into that realm, we'd be talking about a headache specialist/clinic (not just a neurologist).
