Also comes to mind, you need to spend some time googling phytoestrogens - find out which ones you may be inadvertantly ingesting. Then even figure out how to cut them all out five days, if possible. See if there's improvement. If so, you can start introducing them back into your diet, one by one, until you figure out if there is a culprit

involved there. Just a thought.

The two top phytoestrogen bombs are soy and flaxseed. HUGE amounts in both, just two different categories. That list I posted is not all inclusive, it's just a quickie list I found on a quickie google to give ppl an idea
