Default Feet always burning simultaneously.

When my feet begin burning it tends to be very much the same in both feet. The symptoms also tend to subside at the same time. Anything I can deduce from this? (I put biofreeze on just 1 foot as an experiment and that lower leg is obviously reacting more, even in places it didn't apply it)

Would it indicate a problem further up the nerve chain? Back? Brain? Is it just a coincidence? Is it even worth speculating?

My feet are also sensitive to pressure so standing, walking, rubbing tends to induce the pain more, so I try and stay off my feet and barefoot as often as possible. Hard to be productive that way, and it makes going to work a miserable experience.
