My GP is only suggesting heel spurs because he's run out of ideas. Personally, I thought nutrition, so went gluten-free since the start of the year. It's helped quite a few ways, so I'll stick with it, but am unsure if it's the cause of my NP. Time will tell. And in the meantime, I'm open to trying anything that may help. Can't win if you don't play the game!
