Maybe try a bond density test. They can pick up things like osteopenia that some other test you took don't detect. My thoughts and prayers are with you. They found osteopenia in my right hip and osteoparthriis in both hips and lower back. I can barely walk somedays. they prescribe pm dr and pt which I already do, but maybe they can help you out with something else. Try to put weight on good hip if you can until you find out.
